All Nova products are printed on demand. We offer the following:
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: Contact us at hello@definova.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Size exchanges: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition qualify for exchange; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Order cancellations: Orders can be cancelled or edited within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
